Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated part-time Bobarista to join our team from 20 to 30 hours per week on a Fixed-Term Contract (CDD). This long-term role involves preparing high-quality bubble tea, handling cashier duties, and assisting with daily operations, including opening and closing tasks. Ideal candidates are reliable, customer-focused, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment. Who Are We Looking For
Someone passionate about tea & boba
Ability to create a positive work environment and provide excellent customer service
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Good teamwork
1-2 years of experience working at restaurant or cafe
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and preparation
Able to work in shifts of 8 or 4 hours
Available for a shift any day of the week
Languages – English & French are mandatory. Luxembourgish is an advantage
Eligible to work in Luxembourg
What Are You Going To Do
Greeting and taking orders from all our customers in-store
Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
Brewing a high-quality tea in line with our recipes
Preparing and serving drinks
Helping with controlling waste and maintaining all standards at all times
Operating a POS system and handling the payments from customers
Team tasks such as cleaning common areas and organising your place of work
Helping to open/close the shop
Maintain a stock of necessary items in the store
Check if the equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
What We Offer
Estimated Start Date – Flexible
CDD contract up to a 24-month term. Exact duration to be agreed after a successful interview and trial
Initial trial period of 3 months
Starting salary of €1,351.87 (index 968.04) based on 20h/week
Full training
20h to 30h/week – possible to increase to full-time, based on store demand and individual performance
