Part-Time Bobarista - 20h/week

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated part-time Bobarista to join our team for 20 hours per week on a Fixed-Term Contract (CDD). This long-term role involves preparing high-quality bubble tea, handling cashier duties, and assisting with daily operations, including opening and closing tasks. Ideal candidates are reliable, customer-focused, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment. Who Are We Looking For

  • Someone passionate about tea & boba

  • Ability to create a positive work environment and provide excellent customer service

  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Good teamwork

  • Work experience in the HORECA industry is an advantage, but not mandatory

  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and preparation

  • Able to work in shifts of 8 or 4 hours

  • Languages – English is mandatory. Luxembourgish, French, and/or German are an advantage

  • Eligible to work in Luxembourg

What Are You Going To Do

  • Greeting and taking orders from all our customers in-store

  • Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients

  • Brewing a high-quality tea in line with our recipes

  • Preparing and serving drinks

  • Helping with controlling waste and maintaining all standards at all times

  • Operating a POS system and handling the payments from customers

  • Team tasks such as cleaning common areas and organising your place of work

  • Helping to open/close the shop

  • Maintain a stock of necessary items in the store

  • Check if the equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs

What We Offer

  • Estimated Start Date – 15th of October 2025

  • CDD contract up to a 24-month term. Exact duration to be agreed after a successful interview and trial

  • Initial trial period of 3 months

  • Starting salary of €1,351.87 (index 968.04)

  • Full training

  • 20hr/ week – possible to increase to full-time, based on store demand and individual performance
